How do I access my call recordings and transcripts?

Log into your dashboard and navigate to the "Voice Calls" section. All your call recordings and AI-generated transcripts are stored here, organized by date. You can also search for specific calls or filter by appointment status.

Can I customize what my AI receptionist says?

Yes! You can fully customize your AI's greeting, business information, hours, services, and how it handles different call types. Go to Settings > AI Configuration to personalize your receptionist's responses and behavior.

What happens when I reach my minute limit?

When you're close to your limit, you'll receive email notifications. If you exceed your plan's minutes, calls will still be answered, but you'll be charged for overage minutes. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to get more minutes.

How do I integrate Vistr with my calendar?

Go to Settings > Integrations and select your calendar provider (Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly). Click "Connect" and follow the authentication steps. Once connected, Vistr will automatically check availability and book appointments directly to your calendar.

Is my customer data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and follow strict data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Your customer data is never shared with third parties.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime without penalty.
