Global booking behavior
Emergency dispatch
When a caller reports an emergency, skip all booking windows and dispatch immediately. Turn this off to route emergencies into your designated emergency-only slots instead.
Same-day booking
Allow the AI to offer time windows on today's date. When off, the earliest available slot is always tomorrow.
Named window labels
When enabled, the AI says "morning" or "afternoon" instead of raw time ranges. Labels are set per window in the grid above.
Suggest next available when full
If the requested slot is taken or closed, the AI proactively offers the next open window instead of just saying we're unavailable.
